Im curious and am thinking about using the phobos for romping aound low sec solo. I know HICs are ment to be nber-tacklers for a gang and on gates ect... But it just gives me that "thorax with a capbooster/tank" feeling and I just cant shake it. ...

Well, Here's a resist rig setup. Same damage output but less shield recharge and hp. It has about 10k EHP less on lowest resist when compared to the other setup (33k vs 34k). All resists are a little more normalized tho, hovering in the low 70's. ...
